Cocktail Set Metal Trimmed Leather Design with Royal Coat of Arm Crest Vintage

Set consists of decanter and four tumbler glasses with matching crest. Excellent condition with usual vintage wear. See images. I believe the material on the decanter is leather, but it may not be. There is a three strand metal embelishment that looks like copper on both the top and bottom of the material on the decanter.
