This easy to wear black cocktail dress evokes the flapper style of the 1920s but it was made in the 1980s or ealry 90s. It has bracelet length sleeves, a straight silhouette and a big flounce of lighter sheer organza at the hem, finished with a big flower. Black crepe acetate with BIG shoulder pads. Puffy sleeves. The H shape silhouette is iconic of the era. Marked size 16, but better for a modern size 12 or 14, depending on the bust.
