Comes with original packaging and instructions also the other stuff they through in that u don't really need. The MP3 player doesn't come with earbuds or an USB cord buy I'm going to throw one in so you can charge. The MP3 player is in good condition just has a couple scratches on the back but doesn't effect how it works the last picture shows the MP3 player on . Already has music. I can't delete off my computer but whoever buys can.
