Cobra Italia Women's Jacket Size 46

Cobra Italia Women's Jacket. Size 46. This was bought in Italy and I'm not sure of what the US size would be. The tag says 100% polyester. I'm not sure if the outer material is real leather or not but it's in great shape. I've taken some close up pics of some areas with very light discoloration. I believe these are just folds in the leather material. Pit to pit: 20.5 inches Length: approx. 21.5 inches Reasonable offers are always welcome!
