Cobalt blue/ red stripe heels! worn once by me. these are about 4 inches. really eye catching. the strap around the toe and ankle has a little stretch so it's not uncomfortable. zips up the back. fits true to size. looks great with jeans, shorts and of course dresses. dress up joggers!
