Cobalt blue ruffled scoop neck maxi dress

▪️Beautiful cobalt blue dress that I purchased at Nordstrom Rack. ▪️Item is brand new w/ tags but tag has been cut. ▪️Sleeveless w/ scoop neckline & back. ▪️Unlined ▪️Size extra small ▪️There is one tiny faint white mark that I couldn't really pick up on camera. I even missed it on first inspection on the back of dress, towards the bottom. See last pic. ❌🙅🏽Trades 👍🏽Reasonable offers only!
