Cobalt blue cocktail dress, ruffles, stretchy size 8

This dress could not be any cuter. WOW. really fun ruffles at the hem. hem is high/low. cute ruching on the hip. little pleats at shoulders. bold silver zipper up the back. PLUS BONUS: simple chiffon shoulder cape (bought separately on Poshmark to match) I wore this to my big 50th bday celebration. Sad to see it go but menopause has hit me. I'm 55 now.
