Cobalt blue bud vase with fluted top.

Vintage cobalt blue bud vase. It has fluted ruffled edges around the top. It has a narrow neck for about 3" down the vase, then has two bulb like areas at the bottom.There are some scratches around the inside top. Look at the picture. Approximate size is 5.5" tall,2" wide at top, 2.5" at the base. It looks to be hand blown.
