Cobalt blue Size 4 Wedding Prom Dress Full Sequin

This dress was given with other clothes that were unwanted by the previous owner. I do not directly know the size, but the written alterations are in the last picture. it wears as a small. I would say it is 36in bust with a 30-inch waist, but if you want more specifics, I will measure it-just let me know. Model only wore to show, was not zipped in the back, as it doesn't fit. It is from The Gown Gallery as a wedding dress in Cobalt blue in sequence, but can be used as a prom dress. Feel feel to offer as well!
