Cobalt Blue and White Elephant Print Maxi Skirt

Smocked and elasticized waist maxi skirt styled in a horizontal striped elephant pattern. Though not labeled, the fabric appears to be rayon, and most importantly has been successfully machine washed, air dried, and ironed on a cool setting. Designed to be free sized, the measurements taken flat and unstretched: Waist 12 1/2", Hips 23", Skirt Width at Fullest Point 31", Length from Waist to Hem 39".
