Cobalt Blue Suede Fringe Steve Madden Heels. I love these shoes and actually have them in every color made. They are so comfortable. I bght smaller size in same color bc these were a little big on me. These DO HAVE some areas where suede is stained. On the left shoe the bottom strap interior has an area of lift on seam as shown in pic. This happened 2 another pair & cobbler fixed for 6$ and can’t tell.
