Barely used. I cut the tag off, so I don't know the brand or material. It's a stretch mesh fabric that is fully adjustable for any size. Looks great at the beach or poolside. This is adorable on and adds just the perfect touch of color to your swim attire! So easy to wear! Just throw it on over your swimsuit at the hips and voila!
