Cobalt Blue Madewell Dress (With Pockets!)

Blue Madewell dress. Stretch cotton-blend material. Very comfortable, but with a fitted look. High neck line. Invisible zipper in the back. Size small, but runs large. Fits like a medium, or size 4-6 (mannequin is a size 2). And yes! It’s got pockets! Would look styling with a thin belt or just on its own, with a jean jacket? Forgettaboutit! Purchased resale, but never worn. Just never quite fit right.
