Coastal Non-Chafing Dog Harness

Orange non-chafing dog harness by the brand Coastal. Similar harnesses can go for up to $45 brand new. While not perfect, these harnesses still have a lot of life left in them. Work perfectly for a dog who is prone to pulling or choking with a collar. Best for medium dogs from 10-18 lbs. The patterned part of the harness goes around the neck and the clip around their chest.
