wendy_lew Ok. I have a question. A few actually. If you bought that from Coach why aren’t you taking it back for them to fix? Also why are you posting it’s a easy diy & not fixing it if it’s an easy diy?? I mean, I don’t understand why so many say that.

ttz10 @wendy_lew I received this as a gift years ago. I'm not a big fan of coach. Yellow is my least favorite color. I didn't know they can fix items.. & frankly I am way too busy to even want to fix this. If someone wants to purchase a brand new wristlet for extremely cheap and wants to get it fixed they can. If it's an issue to whomever, then don't purchase it I guess....?

wendy_lew @tz10 this wasn’t meant to be rude. I am trying to understand why people put specific things in their description. Yes Coach will fix problems with purchased items & do free cleaning as well. See bc I asked you a question, you learned something too.

wendy_lew @tz10 as far as being really cheap idk. When you think $17 for the broken, non useful Coach item, that I have to have fixed or do some diy (that may or may not go well) plus $8 and change for shipping is like $25 and change on a Coach wristlet that has a broken zipper.
