In all honesty, how much wear and tear does the watch have and is it waterproof?
I'd love to gift this to my mother, but because she is a master gardener, it has to be waterproof and quite durable. If it has those two qualities, than I will seriously consider purchasing the watch. So please answer to the best of your honorable abilities, and maybe we can work something out!

@jsmith4590 I will be honest where there is orange on the face there is some scratches not a lot ...And two of the links started peeling and I took the rest off but there are two lakes that can be replaced... And it said that it is waterproof in the back of the watch... But I won't put it in water because it peels ...

Do you know if Coach sells the extra links to this particular watch to ensure that it is sealed and waterproof?

So with the two extra links, the entire band would be consistent and contain all orange links? Correct?
And if that is the case, then would there be any peeling or any other damage of the sort to the watch or the links themselves?

So the links would make the entire band consistently orange, and with a new battery- it should cost me more than about $10 correct? With time running out would it be at all possible for you to add an extra $10 to the price and get a battery placed in the watch before you send it to me to ensure that it is functioning properly? Please?!?
And not to sound condescending, but I have purchased three coach watches through Poshmark and all of them have turned out to be absolute pieces of crap. Therefore I am asking you honestly if this is a quality piece of craftsmanship worthy of giving to my mother for Mother's Day. And if that is the case, is it possible to get it with the new battery, to her for Mother's Day on time?

Oh, one more question...
When you mentioned the water issue, what do you honestly think the ability of the watch to hold up for someone who's profession as a florist whose hands are constantly in contact in water. Any honest insight into this issue would be immensely appreciated!

@jsmith4590 ok I stop for a minute the watch is water resistant but if it gets wet a lot it will peel ... just because it's a fashion watch not an everyday watch I'm going to watch repair guy to have to battery put in and links replaced so I asked him I'll let you know what she says...

Hi I just got back from the watch repair guy .. He kept it for a while while I was shopping around he said that it was dropping time😔 Am so sorry I will not be able to sell it to you..... There is a second coach watch in my closet if you are interested please let me know...

First and foremost, I want to thank you for being so upfront and honest. That is not a quality I find a lot on this site and it means a great deal to me. Secondly, because of your honesty, I was able to brainstorm and come up with a different course of action as far as a gift for my mom and she is quite happy with it. However, I still think that an orange coach watch will be in her future, therefore if you come across one, please tag me and let me know!

@jsmith4590 you are so welcome I'm glad you got your mom a gift that she loved... Something you should know about buying watches that the watch guy told me..... Is when the battery is replaced and the back is pop opened it's no longer a water resistant...
