lorriefrancisco Hi. I'm reaching because you purchased the Coach keyring in purple purse 👛. When I printed your label I ended up printing a label for a purchase from another customer by mistake, and shipped it out to her. She did reach out to me and we together with Poshmark are getting a label to her so she can ship the item to you. Sorry for my mistake.

lorriefrancisco @purplelady2021 Yes, PM was to send a new shipping label to the person that received your item. She is having trouble locating where or how it was sent to her, she reached out again to PM. I just sent her a message telling her I have your original shipping label that I will mail it to her so she can get your order shipped to you. what a mess!

purplelady2021 @lorriefrancisco Thank you. I don’t understand why PM didn’t even let me know and asked me to talk to you. I just had a problem with the other selling site. I sold a Dooney bag and when I took it to UPS with 2 Amazon packages they scanned one of the Amazon packages twice and not the purse. The other selling site wouldn’t help me file a claim with UPS and UPS wouldn’t let me file a claim because I didn’t pay for the label and had no proof of sending. Needless to say I am out a $200 purse.

lorriefrancisco @purplelady2021 at this point we can still cancel the order, I don't think you have anything to worry about. I should get a message from PM saying it was scanned by post office and and a thank you for shopping the item. I will let you know when I get that message.
