dpali18 Hello, just curious why you docked a star from my rating for shipping time when I shipped the next business day after your order? Seems pretty harsh😓

sarahquic @dpali18 you could comment directly to me, not on an item I have for sale. And I’m sorry you feel that way, however it was 15 days from purchase when I received the item. I don’t think that was unreasonable.

dpali18 @sarahquic But surely you know I don’t control the speed of USPS once it ships, right? I don’t see how I could have made it arrive at your house any faster as I don’t work for USPS or have any control over that.

dpali18 @sarahquic And Poshmark specifically says “ship time” not “delivery time” because they know sellers do not have control over the delivery time once they ship. So yes, it was very unfair you docked a star over my shipping time when it was 1 business day after you ordered.

sarahquic @dpali18 I’m really perplexed that you don’t see my side of this. It took 15 days to receive,so yes,instead of 5 stars,I rated 4 ,and sited ship time. I will change the rating, but feel like you could have been more understanding and ,I don’t know, nicer . See it from my end . 15 days .

dpali18 @sarahquic I apologize for it taking so long, but please understand that it’s out of my hands once I ship. With covid some of my packages are taking longer to arrive, so it’s unfortunate but I fulfilled my duty to ship in a reasonable time.
