Light wear as shown from age, especially on handles and bag bottom, but no significant flaws. Has both handles and the shoulder strap. Black leather with silver hardware. Dark brown fabric with metallic black “C” pattern. Oversized buckle on front pocket. Zippers work fine. Dimensions as shown - was able to fit my laptop and a few notebooks for work.
