deborahhermosil @goodinml01 thank you so much! My kitt crossbody arrived from Macy’s WITHOUT the hat and my tote arrived WITHOUT the doggy and dust cover! Macy’s did nothing and when I emailed Coach they replied “awww that’s to bad, there’s nothing we can do but please don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any other problems”! So THANK YOU!!!
