New without the tags, I have an iphone 15 so it just didn’t fit, it fits the 15 pro max size (I tested it on that exact phone and it fits!) . it’s super cute and has the mag safe compatibility, it’s like a plastic material but like the kind if you drop it shouldn’t crack.
