juicylola @meehanmama I'm sorry about the Tom's wedges falling apart! I would like to send you a refund and am trying to figure out how to do that. Do you know? I've contacted support also.

meehanmama @juicylola yeah, I was super shocked and sad. I love those shoes! First time wearing them, the whole back (from under the arch of foot to heel) has come undone/unglued. I also emailed customer support to find out. Let’s see what their advice is. TY for your response!

juicylola @meehanmama I feel so bad!! I really had no idea! I heard back from customer support and they said once a buyer accepts a purchase there is nothing they can do.
