@canna20 Yes. It comes with dust bag. The Coach store removed the paper wrap sometime. It depends. Anyway it is new with tag and original dust bag.

I was looking at the pictures again and the one showing the front compartment on the right back it looks like the stitching is coming apart. I thought this was a new bag. Am I seeing it correctly. Could you show a new view of this area

@rebekahmcwhorte Hi. It is new with tag. Every single one is in perfect condition. I have two of these. I can choose the perfect one if you purchase it. Also the back has a sidekick which you can put your card even the phone inside. I think that is the reason you thought it looks apart?
