@nicolem0103 yes I'm just going to go in and tell them it was a gift and I haven't used it in awhile and didn't realize anything could be done until I spoke with a few people and they said that since lv is such a reputable company they will either replace it or give you a credit. I'm going to my local lv store where they know me. Wish me luck 👍👍💕💕

A while back the little part that hangs got caught in my car door and came off and someone told me to go and see if they’ll replace it bc they likely would. I never went bc of that same reason 🙄
