Coach Taylor flap purse cognac

Medium Taylor flap purse from coach. It is in good condition, with expected scuffs and the interior lining is dirty ( see photos) I purchased it on a site like this years ago and don’t remember much about it , found it while cleaning out closet. The back pocket has a magnet which does not seem to hold closed. Does not affect functionality of back slip pocket.
