Coach customer service made a mistake, and processed the return as an exchange. They immediately sent us a third bag, and then would not allow us to return any of the extras. So! Now we have two extras. We lost the box and certificate for one of the bags when we moved, but both are in their protective packaging. Listed at full price, will sell discounted via venmo. Completely brand new, this bag often sells out on Coach’s website. I am obsessed with this bag, it’s so cute and classic. The little zipper latch really does it for me. So simple but so chic.
