Twist Lock closure. 8" L x 7" H x 1 1/2" W ~23" strap drop length (& fully adjustable and very soft) One end of the strap has a dogleash hook closure. Zip top closure. Exterior pocket with turnlock closure. Gold/brass color hardware. Gold metallic leather trim. It’s a nice little vintage piece that could use a little tlc. Not too shabby though. Please see photos.
