Conditioning the leather over time will make the leather more soft and flexible, but obviously no melding the cracks back together. The last picture: I do have a matching wristlet, if you buy the bag at it's listing price, I'll happily include the wristlet assuming that it hasn't been sold already. Otherwise, the bag will not come with the wristlet if an offer is brokered.
