I loved this purse! It shows many signs of wear. It was packed away and picked up some stain. I was told by the Coach store that this material can't be cleaned. Not sure if I believe that one. Maybe someone can revitalize it.

bucklegirl @malice_sugar Its actually a soft leather believe it or not. I actually didn't ever see another poppy purse like this one. Its not shiny or patent leather. It's just a shimmer in the leather.

malice_sugar Ohhh... I was asking because the stains can almost sink into and beneath the patent finishes and you have to strip it off, then get the stain out, then re-apply the patent finish and it's damn near impossible to make it look right.

malice_sugar I'm not sure if saddle soap would remove this or not... maybe baking soda and vinegar... You should give it a shot. If it doesn't lift the stain, thennnn... yeah it would be really difficult. Still not impossible for a really talented experienced crafty person though.

malice_sugar I don't fall in that category either 😜👌🏼 Leather is very resilient though, and people who have a lot of experience with it can do awesome things. I'm trying to learn.

mistydenman There easy to refinish. You just need leather stain and a sealer and it's as good as new. I love redoing them. If I had more to offer on the price I would make a offer. Great project bag

bucklegirl Thanks everyone for the comments! I probably won't be taking on the restoration of the bag, but I appreciate all of the advice. If no one wants to revitalize it in about a month I might attempt to.
