The leather on the outside shoes minimal wear, around the corners of the bottom and around the bags handles. The metal hardware throughout has some light marks from previous use. Zipper is functional and zippy. Inside of the bag shows some darkening residue around the top of the canvas from the zipper hardware. Very light marks on the bottom of the bag from previous use.
