@tiggy7 Hey there! This is a strange question, but I was wondering if you bought some jewelry on here from a user called @ gemsforher? I am curious if their account is legitimate after a very strange transaction with them recently. It shows that you did buy something on her end, with a “love note” too. But there are some very weird things about their closet and ways of doing business. I’m trying to see if it’s a scam of some sort. Plz lmk if you don’t mind!

@natezgirl83 Hi! Excellent question, I had my suspicions as well about gemsforher. Not sure what you mean by “love note”, but I ordered a necklace with no problems, and I do like the necklace a lot. Hope this helps.💜

@tiggy7 Ok! Did they ship quickly and/or have any communication with you over your purchase? Bc I purchased a ring from them that was listed for $84 but they offered it to me for $20. I accepted bc I saw that they ship within a day and had all these great reviews and everything and thought it was a great deal. Well, after 1.5 weeks it hadn’t shipped, and I sent a message asking about it. No response at all.

@tiggy7 Days later from that I messaged and said I guess they decided they offered me that ring but that was gonna make them lose $ or something since they hadn’t shipped it nor communicated with me. But I saw every time I logged on to PM that they were active every hour. So I canceled my order of course after 2 weeks of nothing.

@tiggy7 Well, today after 3+ weeks, I received the ring I ordered + a pair of earrings. No communication/explanation/sorry or anything at all with it from her… and it wasn’t done thru Posh of course so they lost $ on it…While I’m thankful I’m confused so I went to see if maybe I’d missed something from her on here. But nope…

@tiggy7 so I go and look at her closet and noticed she has over 100+ love notes (which are the written out reviews that people can choose to leave after they’ve purchased from the buyer). And there are also huge chunks of her sales that she has made that are all the exact same item jewelry item in a row. But no likes/comments or anything on those listings. It’s all just very very strange!

@tiggy7 It almost looks like they are fake sales bc of how they’re all like that. Like she has 10 tennis bracelet sales in a row for example and then another 10 of a ring, and so on. But none have any likes or comments. And you can’t delete comments from listings after they’ve been sold. So it just really seems like strange and gives me scam vibes.

@natezgirl83 WOW, that is awful! I received the necklace quickly, also with a little earring set. I’m so sorry that happened to you. On another note, Poshmark usually cancels orders if they haven’t shipped within a certain time frame. Wonder what happened there?

@tiggy7 Well I had the option to cancel myself before I actually did. Was trying to give the benefit of the doubt but it made me upset when I saw that they seemed like they were intentionally ignoring my messages and was on here every hour of every day. And then out of nowhere I get this stuff today but like usually someone would explain what was up or SOMETHING lol. I just wanted to make sure they weren’t somehow making fake sales and reviews from others with legit closets.
