@4giftedhands with all due respect, please allow me to provide some insight. This IS a real coach bag. the style# is 35778, it's a Coach Mickie. From 2014-16 the style# is located on a small white tag sewn into the interior pocket. Coach Changed the location and omitted them from the actual creed patch. now should the seller have shown it, yes, but it's not fair to assume. Again no disrespect intended just educating you. best wishes
