Does it have the changing pad and the hang tags? Also are there any scuff marks on the corners?

@lovedtwiceshop each Coach bag has a small leather tag that says coach on it that is usually attached at the area where the handle attaches to the purse. I don’t know how to attach a picture so if you could just Google Coach hang tags and you will see what I mean.
