I don't see any scratches, holes or scuffs to her leather, but for her corners, which have begun to show signs of rub marks. Someone clearly touched up her corners with leather paint. It's not a terrible match, but not the best touch up job I've ever seen, either. It does, however, help to extend the life of the bag. She came to me with no crossbody strap, so I've added a Coach strap that matches the color theme. Her interior is very clean. There are a few scratches on the hardware, including her magnetic "C" closure,please see photos. This bag is quite roomy! Comes with Coach dust bag for safe keeping. (💥bag charm not included💥)
