nansnewtoyou @tewkybird hi. no photo on the shoulder. As noted in the listing, there is no "damage" to the bag but it does need to be cleaned. You can see where, by zooming in on the closeup photos. I would recommend either a professional cleaning, or speak to someone in the know. The marks on it can not be seen while carrying it. You have to look closely. it's a beautiful bag and due to it needing a cleaning, it was priced well below market value.
