The tote I have not cleaned yet, she has some ink marks inside but just like the clutch, white vinegar & baking soda paste will get it out without using harsh chemicals. Outside I am seeing a couple of marks on the bottom right corner but those should clean up too since sateen is the easiest to get things out of. Used but cared for All used bags can have any of the following ✔️Discoloration ✔️cleaning smell (I do not use chemicals but even natural cleaners can take a little time to air) ✔️Signs of use inside and outside ✔️Scratches scuffing ✔️rubs ✔️I do not sell bags that have structural issues.
