Two issues: Broken side loop. To remedy this I attached the shoulder strap to the two metal connectors from the purse handle. Secondly, inside the bag, there’s a 3 inch cut on the inside of the zipper compartment (I made it - if you are really curious, email me and I’ll tell you why :D). Other than the above, the purse is very functional. I love carrying everything from my notebooks, books, wallet, and all you can imagine! I’ll sell this one for a lower price b/c of the 2 issues above :)
