Fair, used condition. Please see pictures. Signs of wear. Top rubber piece partially missing. Minor stains inside I have not tried to get out. Tag fell off and chain for it is missing. This is a perfect work or diaper bag - spacious inside. Still has a ton of life left with a little TLC
