Coach rainbow colored fabric bag with gold leather trim, top zip, outside zip pocket, inside zip pocket and two smaller pockets, and key chain. Matching wristlet with inside pockets for cash, coupons/receipts, and cards. Outside zip pocket and solid clasp to attach to belt loop or something similar. The ribbon around the bag near the top has a few marks, but I think it is whatever is underneath that has come through the ribbon. Used very little.
