kiramorgen @willowpuppy the stain is a regular ballpoint pen mark, and the ring around it was unfortunately from me attempting to remove the pen mark. I took it to a coach store to be professionally cleaned but they only had a suede brush, so it hasn’t been professionally looked at by someone with a lot of suede cleaning tools.

kiramorgen @willowpuppy the outside of the bag is perfect, though - it was regularly conditioned by Coach so the exterior is Like New.

willowpuppy @cjjnsn it’s a beautiful Bag.. I really wanted the bag with the whip stitched handles. I destroyed a bag with a ball point ink pen mark on the outside.. I used a alcohol swab to wipe it off and it took off the color of the leather!!!😢 I couldn’t believe it!! I’ll think about your bag. Thank you ❤️
