Material: 95% cotton; 5% spandex Both pieces are stretchy. Skirt has an elastic waistband. Skirt: 15 inches long; 12 inches across at least. Shirt: 11.5 inches long; pit to pit: 13.5 inches Used: Shirt is in good condition; skirt has a hole in the elastic (see last picture) that needs to be sewn closed.
