vacat Cheryl, that's getting dangerously close to wine tour. I'm looking at Sept 27th. Of course, I could investigate moving the wine tour to October, but there won't be much on the vine. Plus, I'm trying to arrange this the least expensive way and there are two vineyards per day - I'm trying to get the best, prettiest ones and the tour company has set vineyards on each day. So, if y'all decide to move this out, I'll look at October dates/vineyards.

cdiva917 @vacat Well I work on weekends, so I would be taking off to attend whatever the event would be (if mid-day). So I just need at least a month notice with whatever date is chosen. Isa and I did dinner so that didn't affect weekend work schedules, or others family time etc. I'm not saying anything has to be changed, I was just throwing an alternative date out there to see what everyone's calender looked like. Trying to set it when most people are free to come out and have some fun.

isa_wine_lover @vacat Holly, we've been talking about the wine tour since last year, and I'm really looking forward to it. The two events are completely different, and the idea is to have fun either way. Cheryl and I have our date, which we thought about changing trying to work with people's schedules, but it's impossible! So, we're sticking to our date, and you do your magic with the wine tour, and let us know when. By the way, my anniversary is in September as well, the 19th ;-)

vacat Oh Cheryl, I totally agree! I think there should be more events. It's just that it's a long way to travel, people have to take time off from work and/or be away from their families, and I doubt anyone really wants to (or is able to) do that frequently. I didn't mean compete in a bad way - maybe I should have said "coincide" with each other. I'll look into October dates for the vineyard tour. That way we could have an event for each month. Maybe that would work best.

vacat Ok, sorry for the delay but I had a meeting run really long and then had a quick dinner. Here's what I'm thinking, just my opinion: I'll get back to the tour company tomorrow, or Monday if they're closed tomorrow, and get an extended schedule. I'll book the wine tour for October. That way we can have three events in as many months. Fun spread out all the way around. When I get the schedule, I can set up a new date. More events = more fun!🎉🎉.
