Clutch with Removable Hidden Metal Strap Vintage?

INC International Concepts alligator/crocodile/snakeskin print black clutch has a vintage feel to it. I don't know if: --it's newer/older. --it's genuine or faux leather. It has a silvery metal closure & removable hidden strap. Interior has 1 zippered pocket. Holds my iPhone 6 easily. It's in pretty good used shape. Please see pictures for condition detail, but all I see are a couple small places where the shine has worn off (near bottom front). Color may vary depending on device. (Area 6)
