Velvet/velveteen, lined, some tarnishing on gold like metal enclosure. With purse open an additional Pocket on the outside with one imperfection- see picture maybe a tiny burn hole. Closes and holds well. 5 1/2 x 11 inches. Open 10 1/2 long. No designer/ place of manufacture information.
