Clubhouse Play Tent

Pacific Play Tents Clubhouse play tent. 40×50. AWESOME!! This is so much fun and loved by all. Well loved with plenty of life left. One zipper came off, but door is still functional. Tear near lower back corner smaller than your hand, see photo. Could probably be fixed and/or taped. We just never bothered. Hours of fun.
