Only worn twice, once for a photoshoot and another out with friends. Size XXS but fits like a true S. Prob best for a 4. It can spread out pretty wide but doesn’t look like that when worn. Teal pleated with one ruffle at the bottom, slightly high low. Gorgeous skirt!
