Club Monaco navy short sleeve blouse. Light weight, slightly sheer, with white detailing. V-neck with 6 buttons down front (for design, do not hold shirt together). Zipper down side, hidden, so you can easily get in and out of shirt. Top is more fitted around the chest area and a little flowy at bottom. Like brand new!
