NWT Club Monaco Dress

Beautiful brand new dress with ribbed cotton fabric. Skirt is heavy and feels expensive, falls to the knee. A navy blue so dark it almost appears black. As pictured the dress is large on me so it should fit an appropriate size in a more flattering way.
