Club Monaco Black Neoprene Fit and Flare Dress

This dress is super flattering, and I would say it runs a little big, more like a 4 than a 2. It's neoprene but can definitely be worn as a cocktail dress. Very comfortable. It's a true black but some colors are over exposed to show the stitching. Hits me right at my knees, and I'm 5'5.
