Cloth & Stone Liv Tie-front Mini Dress

This short sleeve, versatile, lightweight dress has a v-neckline, attached tie front, shirred elastic smocking in back and curved hem silhouette. The fabric is two-tone blue tie-dyed pattern. The dress is unlined and slips on over head. The length is approximately 33” in front and 35” in back. Please see photos for bust measurement and fabric content and care. Good used condition.
